Please note, these are only shipping estimates, as standard shipping is not a service with a guaranteed delivery time frame. Please note that shipping from the islands may take longer due to logistical factors.
ORDERS AND TRACKING
After you place your order in our shop, your item (if not stated otherwise) will go into production once the payment is visible in our account. Once the package is handed over to the delivery service, we no longer have control over the package. You will receive a tracking number from the delivery service to monitor the status of your shipment.
Please note that if you need your item shipped sooner, please don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
PRODUCTION TIME
The production time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the order, after production your items will be shipped. Please note: weekends and public holidays are not included in the production time. If the production time exceeds the stated period, the customer will be notified about the delay.
EXTENDED PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME
Please note that this is a one person production and small business so in the event that an order exceeds the capacity for production within the specified time or if exceptional circumstances arise, such as a high volume of orders, there may be an extension of the production and shipping time. In such cases, the customer will be promptly notified about the extended production and delivery time.
We will always strive to ensure that the production and shipping time is as short as possible.
RETURN
Please follow the return terms and procedure outlined below:
1. How to make a retrun
If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at bahuja.marija@gmail.com, provide your order number, and inform us of your intention to return the product. Once we confirm your return request, you will receive the return address. Please ensure that the products are securely packed in their original packaging and clearly label the package as RETURN.
2. Return Period
The customer is entitled to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The return must be made within this period, and the product must be unused, in its original packaging, undamaged, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.
3. Refund
Once we receive the product and verify that it meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the package. The refund includes the product price; however, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you opted for a product exchange instead of a refund, we will proceed with the exchange as per your request.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs when returning a product, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5. Exemption from Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer is not required to bear the return shipping costs. In such cases, Bahuja will cover the cost of returning the product.
The right to return due to product defects does not apply to damage caused by improper handling, use contrary to instructions, mechanical damage caused by the customer, or any other actions not resulting from manufacturing defects. To confirm a return in case of a defective product, we reserve the right to assess the product’s condition before making a final decision.
To qualify for this exemption, please contact us via email at bahuja.marija@gmail.com and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the product issue (e.g., damage, defect, or delivery error)
- Photographs showing the product’s condition or the error
Without evidence of the product defect, returns or exchanges will not be considered.
Once we confirm the defect, we will arrange return shipping at our expense and determine further steps, including product replacement or a refund, based on your preference.
6. Product Exchange
Product exchange may be offered as an alternative to a refund, subject to prior agreement. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via email before returning the product. Exchanges are only possible if the replacement product is available and the returned product meets the return conditions. The replacement product will be sent only after the returned product is received and inspected to ensure compliance with the return conditions. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs when returning a product.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right to return does not apply to custom-made products or products that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., personalized items).

Napomena: Vrijeme dostave je procjena jer standardna dostava nije usluga s garantiranim rokom isporuke. Također, imajte na umu da dostava s otoka može potrajati dulje zbog logističkih uvjeta.
NARUDŽBE I PRAĆENJE
Nakon što izvršite narudžbu na našoj web stranici, vaš proizvod (osim ako nije drugačije navedeno) ulazi u proizvodnju tek nakon što je uplata vidljiva na našem računu. Kada predamo paket dostavnoj službi, više nemamo ovlasti upravljati paketom. Dostavna služba poslat će vam broj za praćenje, koji možete koristiti za praćenje statusa svoje pošiljke.
Ukoliko vam je potrebna brža dostava, molimo da nas kontaktirate prije nego što dovršite narudžbu.
VRIJEME PROIZVODNJE
Vrijeme proizvodnje iznosi od 3 do 5 radnih dana, ovisno o vrsti narudžbe. Nakon što proizvodnja završi, vaši proizvodi bit će poslani. Napomena: vikendi i državni praznici ne uračunavaju se u vrijeme proizvodnje. Ako vrijeme proizvodnje premaši navedeni rok, obavijestit ćemo vas o mogućem kašnjenju.
PRODUŽENO VRIJEME PROIZVODNJE I DOSTAVE
Molimo uzmite u obzir da je ovo mala tvrtka s jednom osobom koja upravlja proizvodnjom. U slučaju da narudžba premaši proizvodne kapacitete u zadanom roku ili nastanu izvanredne okolnosti (poput velikog broja narudžbi), može doći do produženja roka proizvodnje i dostave. U takvim situacijama odmah ćemo vas obavijestiti o novim rokovima.
Uvijek nastojimo osigurati da proces proizvodnje i dostave traje što je kraće moguće.
POVRAT
Molimo vas da slijedite uvjete i postupak povrata navedene u nastavku:
1. Kako napraviti povrat
Ukoliko iz nekog razloga želite vratiti proizvod, molimo vas da nas kontaktirate putem e-maila na bahuja.marija@gmail.com, navedete broj narudžbe i obavijestite nas o svojoj namjeri povrata proizvoda. Nakon što potvrdimo vaš zahtjev za povrat, dobit ćete adresu za povrat. Molimo vas da proizvode dobro zapakirate u originalnu ambalažu te jasno označite paket kao POVRAT.
2. Rok za povrat
Kupac ima pravo na povrat proizvoda u roku od 14 dana od dana preuzimanja narudžbe, sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača. Povrat mora biti izvršen unutar ovog roka, a proizvod mora biti nekorišten, u originalnom pakiranju, neoštećen, neopran, nenošen i u izvornom stanju u kojem je isporučen.
3. Povrat novca
Nakon što zaprimimo proizvod i utvrdimo da zadovoljava uvjete povrata, povrat novca bit će izvršen u roku od 14 dana od zaprimanja paketa. Povrat uključuje cijenu proizvoda, dok trošak dostave nije povratan. Ako ste odabrali zamjenu proizvoda, umjesto povrata novca, nastavit ćemo s obradom zamjene prema vašim željama.
4. Troškovi povrata
Kupac snosi troškove dostave prilikom povrata proizvoda, osim u slučajevima kada je proizvod neispravan ili pogrešno isporučen.
5. Izuzeće od plaćanja troškova povrata
Ukoliko je proizvod neispravan ili pogrešno isporučen, kupac nije dužan snositi troškove dostave prilikom povrata. U takvim slučajevima, Bahuja će preuzeti troškove povrata proizvoda.
Pravo na povrat zbog neispravnosti proizvoda ne odnosi se na oštećenja nastala nepravilnim rukovanjem, korištenjem koje nije u skladu s uputama, mehaničkim oštećenjima uzrokovanim od strane kupca, ili bilo kakvim drugim radnjama koje nisu posljedica proizvodnog nedostatka. Kako bismo potvrdili povrat u slučaju neispravnog proizvoda, zadržavamo pravo procjene stanja proizvoda prije donošenja konačne odluke.

- Broj narudžbe
- Opis problema s proizvodom (npr. oštećenje, neispravnost ili pogreška u isporuci)
- Fotografije koje prikazuju stanje proizvoda ili pogrešku. Bez dokaznog materijala o neispravnosti proizvoda, povrat ili zamjena neće se uzimati u obzir.
Nakon što potvrdimo nepravilnost, osigurat ćemo povratnu dostavu o našem trošku i dogovoriti daljnje korake, uključujući zamjenu proizvoda ili povrat novca, ovisno o vašoj želji.

Pravo na povrat ne odnosi se na proizvode izrađene po narudžbi ili na proizvode koji zbog svoje prirode nisu prikladni za povrat (npr. personalizirani proizvodi).
